Policy & Shipment

 

We have a no return policy unless the wrong item(s) have been sent or the item(s) were damaged during shipment. Shipping labels for damaged goods will be free of charge and downloadable. Exchanges are subjected to our small batched, manufacturing processing time policy. We have a no refund policy unless the customer's order did not deliver to their assigned address. Please note, Refunds take 3-7 business days to reflect own the buyers original payment method.

We take 1-4 business day to process your order for shipment due to our small batched guaranteed manufacturing. After processing, the customer's order will be delivered with the postage service and shipping times selected at checkout.
